My passion is to design interactive experiences that make sense, in order to enhance people’s lives and empower organizations through the power of digital technology.
I am a UX Designer living in San Francisco, California. I am interested in the way people interact with and use information, and how these experiences can be improved to make people's lives simpler. I am a firm believer that interactions should be designed based on user research and taking into consideration the user's needs and mental models. In order to truly help people we must first understand them and the problem they are facing.
I designed and built my first website in 2002 after teaching myself how to code, continued to do so for a couple of years. Later in 2006 I opened a design agency in Venezuela, while getting my Systems Engineering degree, and formally began my design career. My experience with both development and design provides great balance when having divergent creative conversations.
